Bug Description

I just upgraded my Lubuntu to 13.04 beta; and was going to remove some old packages.
I marked three local packges for complete removal, then Synaptic suddenly crashed.

The Synaptic version (checked by 'apt-cache policy synaptic') is 0.80~exp1
