Partner repository update very slow download

Hi, I've enabled the partner repository in Software Sources, however updates that are in partner repository like Adobe Flash Player are very slow to download from.

E.g.:

Simple solution for it: Put a download progress bar that could be expressed as a percentage. Users then see that the download is moving forward. If there are errors, display an error message. Some people might give up waiting & cancel update downloads/installation.

I've waiting with this message over 15 minutes:

And there is no sign of any progress.
