Bug Description

Uninstall from Software Center does not remove the entry in the Startup Applications.

$ apt-cache policy synapse
synapse:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 0.2.6~bzr433~lucid1
  Version table:
     0.2.6~bzr433~lucid1 0
        500 http://ppa.launchpad.net/synapse-core/ppa/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages

$ uname -a
Linux vaughan 2.6.32-33-generic-pae #72-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 29 22:06:29 UTC 2011 i686 GNU/Linux

Please try to reproduce with a current version and distribution.
