Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-sympy

Here is a minimal example that demonstrates a bug in expand():
http://pastebin.com/Yq6GXVxs
The result of (a-b)**3 is incorrect. This bug is not present in the current version in git.

Apart from fixing this bug I'm wondering how and when to pack new versions of sympy for ubuntu as new bugfixes are only applied to the development version. The last official release is over one year old.
