Bug Description
Every time Sylpheed is left open, and the chromebook is closed or sent to sleep,
on reopening and signing in, Sylpheed is frozen.
xkill to close and then reopen, which is dull.
this also happened under Xenial & GalliumOS2,
recently upgraded with a clean install of bionic using latest MrChromebox
