This is a matter of changing the description of the package. The package does not contain Strong's numbers, so it shouldn't say that it does.

Nominating as a papercut, because the erroneous description can be seen in the Ubuntu Software Center, an application installed by default. It is trivially fixable, and the bug will lead people to think that their program is broken, forever being unable to use the dictionary.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of this project.

 - We hide this package, as a technical item, by default since it is not an application a new user would be looking for.
For further information about papercuts criteria, please read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PaperCut.
Don't worry though, this bug has been marked as "Invalid" only in the papercuts project.
