prolog jpl doesn't interface with java.

Bug Description

The swi-prolog-jpl package doesn't connect properly, apparently because of some required shared library. I've tried this on a 10.04, and a 11.10 64-bit system, neither are able to run a .jar file program that requires Prolog JPL. I tried java -Dlibrary.path=(correct path), it only changes the error from java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError to a "could not find system resources" or "symbol lookup error". It looks like I'm not the only one noticing this error:
