Bug Description

The current LV2 version of the "Triple band parametric with shelves" plugin by Steve Harris (package version 0.4.15+1-6), has its frequency parameters limited to a range of 0.0 - 0.490 Hz, which makes no sense.

The LADSPA version of the same plugin has the correct ranges between ~5 - 23500 Hz.

I've attached a screenshot of both versions of the plugin opened in Ardour (v2.8.11).

I've just seen that this is not limited to the Triple band EQ plugin, but it seems that other LV2 plugins are affected, too.

Example:
"Single band parametric" LADSPA plugin has default frequency 440 Hz and a range from 0 - 19200 Hz. Its LV2 version displays the default of 440 Hz when initially opened, but adjusting that frequency is then limited to 0 - 0.4 Hz.

Gain and Bandwidth seem to be unaffected and show correct ranges.
