swfdec-mozilla does not install plugin in right location

Binary package hint: swfdec-mozilla

i have not investigated further until now. about:plugins does not mention swfdec at least; flash cannot be played.

Could you please attach the output of the following commands please :

dpkg -l | grep swfdec
ls -l /etc/alternatives/*flash*

For the second command, if some entries are red, then it means the symlinks are broken.

And tell us with which browser it doesn't work (FF2, FF3, other)

Please also test if it works after doing one of the following commands :
sudo update-alternatives --auto firefox-flashplugin
sudo update-alternatives --auto xulrunner-addons-flashplugin
sudo update-alternatives --auto xulrunner-flashplugin

/etc/alternatives/xulrunner-addons-flashplugin had not been set to the swfdec mozilla plugin after deinstall of flashplayer-nonfree and install of swfdec (after deinstall of flashplayer). update-alternatives fixed this.
(not including other commands (and dpkg -l \*swfdec\* is more efficient, right ;))).

it works ok with this link fixed. i have no idea, why this did not happen. i guess the bug should not be closed, until it is clear, why update-alternatives was not run.
