Can't use chroot option

Bug Description

When I enable the chroot option of suphp, I get this error everytime I try to launch a PHP script:
SoftException in Application.cpp:537: Could not execute script "/home/pierre/public_html/blog/rss.php"
Caused by SystemException in API_Linux.cpp:465: chdir() failed: No such file or directory
(In this example, the chroot is set to /home/pierre/.)
