supertuxkart loses config and progress in 19.04 -> 19.10 update

In 19.04 supertuxkart stores its configuration in ~/.config/supertuxkart/0.8.2/. In 19.10 it's stored in config-0.10/. The old configuration doesn't seem to be used at all when starting the game for the first time.

I asked on the #supertuxkart channel on freenode. They suggested copying 0.8.2/ to config-0.10/. That got me most of the way there, but some things are still not working. In particular the supertux difficulty is locked, and I've lost all my high scores.

Hi, I think this is expected, since from 0.8.2 to 0.10 the game has changed so much that datas such as high scores are no longer comparable.
Note that from 0.10 to latest 1.2 (available in newer Ubuntu) the config directory is still ~/.config/supertuxkart/config-0.10/ , so they should be (hopefully) compatible.
Closing since this is expected, also Ubuntu 19.04 and 19.10 are by now End of Life since over an year.
