Binary package hint: sun-java6-plugin
Using the amd64 java browser plugin, in any of the browsers: chromium, opera or firefox, pressing "Tab" does not change selection focus inside the applet but instead in the browser windows.
This happens even if the applet is loaded in a separate browser window by itself.
In windows, the plug-in works correctly(both the 64 bit version with IE and the 32 bit with firefox), that is to say that in windows clicking on Tab changes box selection inside the applet when focus is on the applet.
This happens using both Ubuntu Maverick and Mint Julia amd64 editions.
As far as I can remember this occurs also on 32-bit Ubuntu.
