Bug Description
I was reading a web page using Firefox, while in the background the Ubuntu Software Center was downloading the Ubuntu Restricted Extras.
That download was going extremely slowly even thought I am on a high speed cable modem.
Unexpectedly, a EULA permission screen appeared for Java, and when I clicked OK the program crashed.
