Pessoal, após ler com atenção a mensagem eu consegui resolver o problema.

 - Basta entrar no site que a mensagem acima informa,
 - Fazer o download da documentação java,
 - Mudar o dono e o grupo do arquivo para root:root (sudo chown root:root jdk-6u10-docs.zip)
 - Mover o arquivo para a pasta /tmp (sudo mv jdk-6u10-docs.zip /tmp/.)
