I am trying to update Ubuntu and got this message. I am new so all I can do is just sent you
what is tells me to send.

That's a good start at a summary, but for these sun-java6 packages the real summary is in the log file:

Selecting previously deselected package sun-java6-bin.
Unpacking sun-java6-bin (from .../sun-java6-bin_6-16-0ubuntu1.9.04_i386.deb) ...
user did not accept the sun-dlj-v1-1 license
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/sun-java6-bin_6-16-0ubuntu1.9.04_i386.deb (--unpack):
 subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 1
