Java applets block pulse audio

Bug Description

Java web applets which make sound will fail to do so when a pulse audio application is active. If no pulse app is active, the java applet will make sound, but no other application will be able to make any sound.

This indicates that java is using ALSA sound directly, and therefore blocking pulse from using it.
