Bug Description

It is impossible to install sun-java6-plugin without Firefox 3.0. For users of Firefox 3.5 and all other browsers it means you cannot remove Firefox 3.0 and have a working java plugin.

I am using the AMD64 version. The OpenJDK/IceTea version plugin does not work with Firefox 3.5 under AMD64.

This would be resolved by either waiting for firefox to depend on firefox-3.5 instead of firefox-3.0 or to replace the dependency on firefox with a dependency on firefox-3.0 | firefox-3.5.
