Can not view Clipboard Object = file not found

Binary package hint: sugar

I create a Clipboard object as follows - In journal Paint Object -> Copy, then 'Keep' from frame on bottom left side
Once the object has appeared in the journal, clicking on it opens 'Browse', but errors.

Browse gives the error:

The file /home/simon/.sugar/default/data/4fb8035b-8d52-4db5-aa32-64d5b138dd19.png cannot be found. Please check the location and try again.

Looking on the file system I see that this object does not have the '.png' suffix and is in a different place in the directory tree.

The object is a valid PNG (image anyway) it can be view with 'display' (ImageMagick).

BTW the preview (right arrow in Journal) is empty until the Clipboard is viewed with Browse, and then it shows a smaller version of the 'not found') screen.

I confirmed this by right-clicking on an image in Browse and copying it to the clipboard with the context menu that appears, then from the clipboard I clicked Keep, and then tryed to resume it from the Journal.

I've reported it upstream.

I can't reproduce in jhbuild so it must have been fixed explicitly or implicitly since the version which is in Intrepid.
