During a routine "aptitude upgrade". Originally this had a few hundred packages, but even after those completed and only subversion-tools remained, I still get the error.

This is an issue with kdesdk-scripts. Later releases have renamed the script to svn-clean-kde. Maybe that change should be backported to Trusty.
