Bug Description

These packages are all not in Debian, and are not maintained in Ubuntu. transcode is rebuilds and people fixing ffmpeg breakage when it blocks something.

This is currently blocking the ffmpeg (etc) transition, and I think it's time to give up on dragging these things along.
