Bug Description

When installing the RISC-V live installer disk for Plucky both the serial console and the graphical console can be used.

Once the installation is finished the installer asks for ejecting the CD-ROM. But this message is not shown on the graphical console. And hitting the enter key on the graphical console has not effect.

Please, change the installer to show the message both on the serial and on the graphical console and to accept the confirmation on either of both.

See appended installation log.

Reproduced by creating a VM using virt-manager on a plucky amd64 host.

After selecting "Reboot now", only a blinking cursor was visisble. Switching to the serial console and pressing enter actually started the shutdown sequence.
