Bug Description

subiquity-tools binary runtime depends on some python2 packages, and for instance python-oauthlib version 3.1.0-1 is stuck in proposed because it doesn't provide a python2 package anymore. This kind of problem should keep showing up since most of python source packages are dropping python2 binaries.
