Missing dependency on cloud-image-utils

I'm testing on a pristine xenial and found one more dependency missing for image based testing.

The failure is rather readable (thanks for that!)

Fix should be easy as well, make "cloud-image-utils" a dependency that is installed on install_deps.

well, that will make our images grow massively by the looks of it ... we cant really ship the full dependency chain on embedded images (qemu-utils ... genisoimage ... etc) could that be cleaned up or moved to recommends/suggests first ?

I don't think Mathieu is talking about a Debian package dependency here.
