Subdownloader dock icon launches a python3 gear

Ubuntu desktop 24.04 development branch @ 12/11/23 with kernel 6.5.0-10-generic

When launching subdownloader icon from the dock it launches an extra grey gear icon

named python3 instead of making the actual icon active
