stunnel4 (3:5.72-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Minor improvements to the test suite for the autopkgtest suite:
    - tox.ini: reorganize the Tox stage specifications
    - pyproject.toml: Tox stage specifications on separate lines
    - use Ruff 0.2.1: push the settings into ruff.lint, adapt some overrides
  * Switch the build dependency from pkg-config to pkgconf.
  * New upstream version:
    - refresh the 02-rename-binary and 06-no-openssl-version-check-autopkgtest
      patches
    - add python3-cryptography as a test dependency, both at build time and
      for the upstream autopkgtest
  * Add the year 2024 to my debian/* copyright notice.

stunnel4: Universal SSL tunnel for network daemons

 The stunnel program is designed to work as SSL encryption
 wrapper between remote client and local (inetd-startable) or
 remote server. The concept is that having non-SSL aware daemons
 running on your system you can easily setup them to
 communicate with clients over secure SSL channel.

 stunnel can be used to add SSL functionality to commonly
 used inetd daemons like POP-2, POP-3 and IMAP servers
 without any changes in the programs' code.
