stunnel4 3:5.68-1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

stunnel4 (3:5.68-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Drop the dependency on lsb-base, it is an empty transitional package for
    the essential sysvinit-utils one.
  * Declare compliance with Policy 4.6.2 with no changes.
  * Bump the year in my debian/* copyright notice.
  * Lots of clean-up in the autopkgtest Python program; among others,
drop support for Python 3.7 and 3.8.
  * New upstream release:
    - refresh the patches
    - update the years in the upstream copyright notice
    - remove the 04-restore-pidfile-default patch as warned years ago
    - add a news entry about the pidfile change

stunnel4: Universal SSL tunnel for network daemons

The stunnel program is designed to work as SSL encryption
wrapper between remote client and local (inetd-startable) or
remote server. The concept is that having non-SSL aware daemons
running on your system you can easily setup them to
communicate with clients over secure SSL channel.
 .
stunnel can be used to add SSL functionality to commonly
used inetd daemons like POP-2, POP-3 and IMAP servers
without any changes in the programs' code.
 .
This package contains a wrapper script for compatibility with stunnel 3.x
