__STRIGI_HAVE_GCC_VISIBILITY is not correctly undefined

Bug Description

Strigi has not __STRIGI_HAVE_GCC_VISIBILITY correctly defined in strigiconfig.h that results in that any package using libstreams not being found because the symbols end up hidden.

It isn't a packaging bug ;)
__STRIGI_HAVE_GCC_VISIBILITY is defined (or not) by the macro MacroCheckGccVisibility.cmake.

On strigi-0.5.9 (and 10), at least for i386/amd64, it is properly defined.

It is correctly defined in quantal as of today
