storebackup config file name incompatible with cron

Bug Description

Storebackup by default creates a config file named /etc/storebackup.d/storebackup.config.
Yet, the script located at /etc/cron.daily/storebackup expects config file(s) containing only alphanumeric, underscore and hyphens, NO DOTS. As a result, the default config name isn't executed during the daily cron run.

I could work around the bug by renaming the storebackup.config to storebackup_config, but I suggest that the issue should be fixed by either:
1) rename the default config file in accordance with the expectation of the cron script OR
2) by modifying the cron script in a way to accept config files with dots in it.
