Bug Description

Just stumbled across this:

$ storage-framework.storage-provider-owncloud
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'unity::storage::provider::ResourceException'
  what(): ResourceException: Could not acquire bus name: com.canonical.StorageFramework.Provider.OwnCloud:
Aborted (core dumped)

We should handle this gracefully.
