Bug Description

Binary package hint: stjerm

The first time stjerm is launched it receives focus as it should. On subsequent invocations the terminal does not receive focus, but requires manually clicking on it.

My configuration:
stjerm.key: down
stjerm.mod: control
stjerm.opacity: 70

I'm using Ubuntu 8.10

This seems to be caused by Compiz's focus stealing prevention. If you disable that, stjerm gets focus properly. You can also add a rule to Compiz's focus stealing prevention window matching rule (e.g. my rule is now "(any) & !(name=stjerm)") to disable the prevention for stjerm.

Also, the project has an upstream bug about this issue at http://code.google.com/p/stjerm-terminal/issues/detail?id=2 but I failed to figure out how to link the upstream project to the Launchpad package.
