Steam package should add Vulkan compatible AMD or Nvidia as a Recommends package

Bug Description

SteamOS now ships the Vulkan driver as the default for Nvidia, so maybe install a Vulkan compatible driver by default for Ubuntu 16.04 or recommend it when they use the Steam package from the repositories. Since 16.04 is a LTS, it may be best to sneak Vulkan in there and then update it as new drivers come in.

Current Vulkan tools and drivers available at https://launchpad.net/~canonical-x/+archive/ubuntu/vulkan

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

mesa-vulkan-drivers was added as a recommends for Debian packaging as of version 1.0.0.56-2 and therefore to the Ubuntu packaging as of version 1:1.0.0.61-2ubuntu1 (Ubuntu 20.04).

For Nvidia the Ubuntu package suggests the libnvidia-gl-NNN package which I believe includes the required vulkan parts.

Therefore I am going to mark this bug as fixed released. Please open a new bug if this does not work for you.
