steam start with wifi auto connect

Bug Description

I have a bash script turn off wifi when I login system.

but recently steam has a bug, when I spawn steam, it will open the wifi connection, so that nm-applet will connect some of the saved wifi automatically.

Please fix this bug as quickly as possible! Thanks!

Environment: Ubuntu 14.04x64 with Xmonad as the windows manager.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

This bug appears that it is an issue with the steam binary itself and not with the Ubuntu packaging, I have not been able to locate anything that attempts to connect to the network.

This issue would be better reported against the steam binary at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues . Once a resolution has been made there it will appear in either the next ubuntu update or steam binary update.

For now I will mark this bug as opinion, as i don't think there is anything we can do in the Ubuntu packaging.
