Bug Description
The installed package looks like this:

while the Debian package has a `jide-oss.jar` file:

This causes the build of starjava-ttools to fail, since it has the version-less jide-oss.jar in the build path. See also Debian Java Policy https:/
Obviously, something mixed up between name and version in the jide-oss.
