stalonetray opens too large and wrong position in Jaunty

Bug Description
Binary package hint: stalonetray
After upgrading form Intrepid to Jaunty beta, stalonetray opens up at around 48 pixel height (24 in settings) and in a different position than described in the settings when logging in (as in started by Gnome session script, I have disabled gnome panel). If I kill stalonetray and start it again, it appears in the right position and right size. Compiz window manager, Gnome desktop (without panel).

I also got rid of gnome-panel and I'm using Stalonetray. This bug occurs quite often to me. Sometimes also the tray doesn't appear, and it looks like the network manager icon won't appear later on if there's no tray when it starts.
