Please update SSSD to version 1.16.2

Requesting an update to the SSSD package for Ubuntu 18.04.

It does appear as though there are some feature improvements (i.e., not just bug fixes), and it also includes a few new dependencies.

A good case would have to be made to SRU this inso an LTS stable release.
