ssl certificate did not install, cups did not install on 22.04, installed minimally first, the errors occurred during desktop environment installation, first during lxde, uninstalled, and then duruing ubuntu-desktop installation.

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
