version 1.9 or 1.10 doesn't output anything on terminal console

This happens on Jammy Jellyfish and Kinetic Kudu, on focal fossa it works fine.
To reproduce
sshpass -p"adminpassword" sudo apt update
sshpass -p"adminpassword" sudo apt install terminator

We are not able to install terminator using sshpass.

Actual:
We are not able to install package or see anything on the console.

Expected:
We must be able to install and see the output in terminal console
