Unfortunately the logs only show:

subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Please could you examine the file /var/log/ squid/cache. log and post the part of the file corresponding to the time that you tried to install/upgrade. Be sure to check and remove any private information from the file before posting it. Then set the Status of this bug back to New so that it does not expire.
