Bug Description
Binary package hint: squid-deb-proxy
Would be nice to allow apt-proxy, apt-cacher, apt-cacher-ng, and others
to use squid-deb-proxy to easily add avahi support.
The patch attached makes the avahi jobs more generic.

This patch does the following: proxy-client to deb-proxy- avahi-client
- rename the package squid-deb-
- creates a package deb-proxy-avahi that contains the avahi upstart
- make the avahi upstart script use the port passed as parameter and
uses a "PROVIDER" parameter to identify the event owner.
