squid-deb-proxy's logrotate job produces warnings / log spam

I am getting the following warnings in the daily cron mails, caused by the logrotate script of squid-deb-proxy:

I also get a warning during logrotation:

The file is empty, I have not packages blacklisted; also easily fixed by adding an irrelevant blocked package.
