Install a CMake Package configuration file for sqlite3

This is a feature request for the package.

It would be good if either the "sqlite3" or "sqlite3-dev" package included a CMake package config file. This would allow sqlite3 to be included in the transitive dependencies when linking with CMake.

Based on a quick search the proper location would probably be
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/sqlite3

as /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake has other packages (for example PulseAudio).

The name of the configurationfile would have to be either
sqlite3Config.cmake
or
sqlite3-config.cmake
(the latter one looks more appropriate in this case).
