Bug Description
Please help.
Firstly the spyder icon does appears in the unity launcher.
But when I start spyder the icon shows in the unity dash momentarily and then disappears.
After the icon disappears there is nothing to show that spyder is running.
Spyder also doesn't show in the alt-tab list.
How can I fix this ??

Can anyone confirm whether this still happening on a recent release of Ubuntu?
