spyder does not un-minimise/show in the unity bar

Bug Description
clicking on the Spyder icon in the unity bar opens Spyder. clicking the minimise button in Spyder, minimises the window but does not show on the unity icon.
attempting to open spyder by clicking the icon the unity bar, opens another instance of spyder, however alt-tabing and super+w will allow you to un-minimise the window.

> It's behaving correctly on my machine. Opening Spyder shows the icon in the Unity bar. I can then minimize the window and click the Unity icon to restore the window.
