System: Ubuntu 11.04, all latest patch as of 2011/10/09, single core Pentium 4.
After a patch a week or two ago, one of my printers no longer seem to process print jobs. When initiate a simple print job such as print test page, the printer status invariably goes to Processing - SpliX Cannot get input slot information. The jobs got queued up but stayed stuck in Processing state indefinitely.
Seems like similar problems were reported else where (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/24699)
This problem just cropped up in the last week or two, I have another printee (Epson 810) connected to the same host which works just fine. |
