Bug Description

The source was split in rc2, Debian didn't follow the change, and we are in sync, do we want to update?

The Debian maintainer has not touched the package since 2014. Maybe Ubuntu should go ahead and update.

Upstream Speex moved to GitLab (links updated in the description). The Debian maintainer probably abandoned this package. I suggest that the package moves under the maintainership of the Debian Multimedia Team.
