Bug Description
In the spamassassin config file: /etc/mail/
parse_dkim_uris 1
under the comment "allow URI rules to look at DKIM headers if they exist" causes a syntax error and for sa-compile to quit.

I was unable to reproduce this problem using sa-compile 3.4.2-0ubuntu0. 18.04.1. I started a fresh Bionic container, ran "apt install spamassassin" and then ran "sa-compile". It appears to have worked and returned with a successful (zero) exit status. The line /etc/mail/ spamassassin/ v342.pre did contain "parse_dkim_uris 1" by default. So it all looks fine to me.
Please provide exact steps to reproduce this problem and once done change the bug status back to New.
