Bug Description
Binary package hint: sox
I have no idea when this happened (It did not just occur), so it most likely occurred during the same meltdown as bugs 116469, 116345 and 116330.
Given that it says 'free()' here and in 116469, maybe something went wrong with the kernel itself?
Well, something went wrong. Autocollected data follows.

Looking at the text of the bug report, I definitely don't recall the program appearing to fail while I transcoded that- the process worked; I have the resampled wave file.
This was NOT at the same time as "the meltdown" I keep talking about, this was several hours later.
