v0.18 broken for Yesu FT-857D

Version 0.18 is broken for the Yaesu FT-857D. Rolling back to 0.16 fixes the problem.

Correctly configured, The error received is:

Hamlib: rig_set_conf: 0=(null) : Invalid parameter

Hamlib PTT has been broken in soundmodem for quite a few radios (if not all) since v0.17. It's been looked at, but without any success.

As noted, the last version with working hamlib PTT was 0.16. As far as I can tell, 0.17 and 0.18 haven't added any functionality, only compatibility with other platforms (?)

Ive seen the above post. Im not clear on the config needed for the IO tab in soundmodem 0.16, and then in 0.2 if it works.

 I can pack "RIG confg param" with all the prams that I use in wsjtx to control my rig, what do YOU use for rig_set_ptt=???

 I thought to set it as "rig_set_ptt=cat,serial_speed 38400,rts_state=off,dtr=off", because rigctld dose use -P for ptt-type=cat seen in wsjtx.

I use wsjtx with my 857d ALL the TIME! It sends set_freq and set_mode to the radio. Soundmodem needs to meets the bar using rigctld for control, and send set_freq and set_mode.

I can dig for the wsjtx code if needed.
