Bug Description

There is no option to overwrite input files, and, the detailed options should be a superset of the simple options, all options should still be there.

I see- it is in the "Simple" options but not the "Details" options. They should be a SUPERSET.

As far as I can see "Details" is a super-set of "Simple". Both have a "Destination" option that can be set to "Source directory".
Please look carefully and if you can't find it, make a screen shot.

You are not the first who asks for an overwrite option but I choose to not add one in order to avoid data loss and because I can't think of a use-case that justifies taking that risk. You can try to change my mind though.
