Bug Description
Binary package hint: soundconverter
1) Ubuntu 8.10
2) soundconverter 1.3.2-0ubuntu1
3) convert the entire file without error
4) cut the last 13 seconds.
The problem only happens when converted .ape files.
The output format is irrelevant (.wav .mp3 .ogg)
